24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Empower With Integrity.  They are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes it becomes necessary to re-schedule or make an adjustment.  Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that when you cancel or change your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.  Therefore, we must strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.  Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointment is not a sufficient reason to miss an appointment. We will try to send you a reminder as a courtesy, but clients are ultimately responsible to keep or cancel their appointment regardless of whether they receive a reminder or not.

There will be a $100 cancellation fee for missed or re-scheduled appointments if it is less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.  If there is an extenuating circumstance that can be addressed on a case-by-case basis, you will most likely be asked for documentation pertaining to your cancellation or missed appointment.
